Returns & Exchange

We take great care in crafting and packaging each piece to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Non-Exchangeable Items & Store Credit
- Ceramic and porcelain tableware items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable due to their fragilenature
and exclusivity.
- However, we may offer store credit (valid for up to 1 year) in specific cases, subject to our discretion.

2. Damages & Replacements
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged product, we will replace it at no extra cost, provided
thefollowing conditions are met:
- You notify us within 2 days of receiving the package.
- You share a video of unboxing the package along with clear images showing the damage.

- Replacement will be arranged after verification of the claim.

3. Incorrect Orders
- If you receive an incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will
process a replacement.

4. Cancellations
- Order cancellations are possible anytime before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not applicable.

5. Responsibility

- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or other circumstances
beyond our control.
