Order & Cancellation Policy
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended under any circumstances.
Omorfo Homes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability.
Sale & Discount Policy
Products purchased during a sale or promotional discount period are not eligible for return or exchange.
Products purchased before a sale cannot be exchanged or returned during the sale period.
All discounts and offers are subject to change without prior notice and are applicable only during the designated time frame.
Exchange & Return Policy
Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in any retail stores (if applicable).
No exchanges or returns are permitted for fragile items such as ceramic and porcelain unless damaged during shipping (see separate Returns & Exchange Policy).
Shipping & Delivery
No refunds will be issued if the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
No refunds will be entertained in cases of three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner and/or if the package is refused by the recipient.
For international shipments, no refunds will be entertained if the recipient refuses to pay import duties mandated by the destination country and does not collect the parcel from the courier agency.
Damaged Packages
Please ensure the package is not tampered with or damaged before accepting the delivery.
In case of visible damage, please:
Mention “Received Damaged” on the delivery receipt,
Retain the complete original packaging including invoices, labels, and product tags,
