  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location.

  • For customers within Delhi NCR, we offer same-day or next-day delivery at an additional fee. Please contact our team for special requests.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.

  • We offer free shipping on select orders and during promotional periods.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to track the status of your delivery at any time.

5. Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure the shipping address and contact information provided is accurate and complete.

  • Omorfo Homes is not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability.

6. International Shipping

  • At this time, international shipping is offered on select items. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, must be borne by the recipient.

  • Omorfo Homes will not issue refunds if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties or does not collect the parcel.

7. Damaged Deliveries

  • If your package arrives in a visibly damaged condition, please mention "Received Damaged" on the courier slip and contact us immediately.

  • Kindly retain all original packaging (including box, tags, invoice, etc.) and share a video of the unboxing with us at info@omorfohomes.com or via WhatsApp at +91 93190 00967 within 2 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange a replacement after review and confirmation.
